"Rigas satiksme" offers new ticket for 50 trips

Starting from Monday, November 21, a new ticket for 50 trips is available in all outlets selling e tickets. The new ticket for 22 lats can be loaded into blue e-tickets (both personalised and non-personalised). Like other types of tickets, it is valid for 12 months from the purchase day.

At present, the price of a single trip ticket, if bought in advance, is 50 santims, but with the new 50-trip ticket the cost of one trip is just 44 santims. The new electronic payment system provides passengers of Riga public transport with a very wide range of tickets: for 1, 2, 4, 5, 10 and 20 trips, 24 hours, 3 and 5 days, one-month and group tickets.

The new 50-trip ticket is meant for passengers who use different types of public transport on a regular basis. The 20-trip ticket for 9 lats is still the most popular.

We would like to remind that you can buy or reload e-tickets in all customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme", trade outlets, ticket vending machines, as well as in Latvia Post offices in Riga, kiosks of "Narvesen", "Plus Punkts", "Preses apvienība", some fuel stations of "Statoil" and supermarkets of "Maxima", as well as in other places where tickets are sold.

Users of personalised e tickets can also buy tickets from the electronic shop of e ticket. To buy tickets online, send a request to etalons@rigassatiksme.lv, stating the e-ticket user’s name, surname, number of the e ticket and your e-mail address. During one workday you will receive to your e-mail a password to access the e-shop. The access password and the e-mail address are to be entered at http://etalons.rigassatiksme.lv/lv/sakums/.
